Digital products purchased from our website are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or download has occurred, except where required by law.
We warrant that all services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

We do not warrant third-party services, plugins, or components integrated into projects, though we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
Metrixbite's total liability for any claims arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.

Unless specifically included in the project scope, web hosting, domain registration, and third-party services are the client's responsibility.
Maintenance and support services beyond the initial project delivery are available under separate agreements with terms specified therein.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Medgidia, Romania.
Metrixbite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Changes to Terms do not affect existing signed project contracts unless mutually agreed in writing.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with any signed project contracts, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
